The listings are compiled from information supplied to us by the subcontractor, contractor or companies listed and we cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in such information or for the suitability or quality of any services or goods supplied by such third parties listed on or linking to the Website.
b) We will not be held responsible for any work carried out, whether complete or in part, or for goods supplied, nor do we control, or are we responsible for prices of such services, products and goods, the availability, competency, suitability of Subcontractors, Contractors, Companies and suppliers listed on or linking to UK Subcontractors.com
c) We may at our absolute discretion advertise and promote businesses through the Web site in specified categories of trade in specified geographical areas (the Service).

a) By sending your payment to us, you agree that the information you provide us on registration for the Service is full and accurate and not misleading or untrue in any way.
b) It is entirely your responsibility to update us of any changes to that information by logging into your account and updating your profile.
c) Each registration for the Service is for a single user only. You are responsible for all use of the Service.
d) Following the acceptance of your application form to this Service, we will register your details on the Website and allow your details to be made available in respect of the Service applicable to you.

5. Fees
The fee for your subscription to the uksubcontractors.com (Subscription Fee) is payable on the anniversary of the start of your subscription whether for six months or twelve months, etc., (unless otherwise stated) and is payable in advance. We shall be under no obligation to provide the Service until the subscription fee has been paid. We reserve the right to remove or delay the listing of any Sub Contractor or Contractor until we are completely satisfied that payment has been received.

6. Payment methods:
a) An account with Paypal is required to pay online using this secure payment method. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be given the option to open one as part of the payment process. Immediately your payment is completed, your details will be available on our Website.
b) Payment by Credit Card / Debit Card is made through Paypal. Immediately your payment is completed, your details will be available on our Website.

7. Our Obligations
a) In conjunction with the Website. we shall, at our discretion, provide your details in response to enquiries from potential customers either electronically via email, to a mobile telephone number nominated by the customer or by any other means at our total discretion. This will provide instant access to the potential customers name and full contact detals, allowing you to call them back at your convenience.
b) We both agree that it is in our mutual interest that the name and brand of uksubcontrators.com, and thus the members/advertisers of uksubcontractors.com are both recognised and respected in the public eye. You also agree that it is in your interest for us to be able to remove from the Website and name at our entire discretion, any Subcontractor or Contractor who is undesirable, dishonest, unreliable, not qualified or otherwise brings the good name of uksubcontractors.com and its members into disrepute or harms or impedes the development of our business.

8. Warranties
a) We warrant that we will use all reasonable skill and care in making the Service and the Website available to you and in ensuring its availability during your Subscription.
b) Because of the nature of the Internet, errors and omissions do occur and we do not give any other warranties in respect of the Service and the Website. In particular, you should not take the accuracy of the information for granted and we make no warranty that the Website is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. d) We reserve the right to call any customer who has submitted a questionnaire to confirm the authenticity of their feedback.
e) If we receive feedback from a customer with who is not satisfied with the work you have carried out we will contact the customer and find out if in our opinion the feedback is justified. You acknowledge and agree that if in our opinion and at our entire discretion, we feel the customers feedback is justified we can consider this a mark against you. If you receive three marks or more, we will remove your details from our web site and end your registration with the Website immediately together with the use of the service, without any liability to you or without any requirement on our part, to return any subscription fee or part of any subscription fee for any term outstanding under your subscription.
f) You hereby undertake to indemnify us against all and any claims, expenses, demands and losses brought against us or suffered by us arising out of any written material submitted by you to us.
